- Is it possible to preview my real location rug before it arrives?
We understand the importance of visualizing your design once it's transformed into a Road Map Rug. If you'd like to receive a design sample of your chosen location on our rugs, simply contact us for design preview. It's our way of ensuring you're completely satisfied with your choice. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, simply respond with your preferences. Your happiness matters to us!
- Can I get a discount for ordering multiple rugs from the same location?
Yes! If you want to order more than one rug from the same design/location, for example, if you are neighbors or you want to provide your students in kindergarten/ school/ fun zone with directions on how to get to you in a unique way, we will give you extra 15%off your order. Reach out to us to receive a step-by-step guide on how to bring home 2 or more rugs featuring your chosen location with a discount.
- How do I clean the rugs?
Our rugs are designed to be durable and easy to maintain. You can generally clean them with a vacuum or damp cloth to remove any dirt or spills. Machine wash is not recommended.
- Can I customize a rug to my individual desires?
We offer a selection of rugs inspired by specific neighborhoods and you can create your own neighborhood or desired location in our Road Rug Creator. However, we are open to exploring custom orders. If you have specific details in mind, please reach out to our customer support team to discuss the possibility of creating a super-customized rug.
- What material choices are available for your rugs?
We have tested a lot of rugs that could fit our needs. Our careful testing led us to choose polyester as the primary material for our rugs. It offers a soft, child-friendly surface perfect for play, while also ensuring excellent print quality and affordable price for our clients. - Are the rugs suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Our rugs are primarily designed for indoor use, as they are made from soft and comfortable materials. While they can be used outdoors in controlled environments such as covered patios or play areas, prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions may affect the durability of the rug. We recommend using them primarily indoors to ensure their longevity and optimal condition.
- Are the rugs safe for children?

- Why does my rug have creases upon receiving?
Your rug may exhibit creases upon arrival due to being compressed during the shipping process. This is perfectly normal and not a cause for concern. Typically, it takes about 3-5 days for the rug to settle and become smooth after being unpacked. If your rug is placed on a flat surface and laid out during this period, it will help expedite the smoothing of any creases or folds.
- Do you offer international shipping?
